Michael has built a successful Savannah Real Estate business specializing in assisting clients looking for Relocation, and Purchasing or Selling Homes and Historic Homes throughout the Savannah area with an emphasis on the many Historic Districts.
Michael is a former professional ceramics pot designer for over 10 years in the Midwest Michael then started a hospitality career from the ground up and later became the City Manager for a large restaurant group and was very instrumental in the startup, development and daily operations of five restaurants.
Michael's main interests are Ceramic Pottery, Historic Homes, Historic Lighting Fixtures, Family, and the Family Pets.

Craig Simpson joined Michael’s successful Real Estate Business in October of 2010 to form The Victory Team. Craig previously worked with Michael as his real estate assistant in marketing. Craig has a diverse entrepreneurial background as the proprietor of “The Fireside Inn” for 13 years, hotel management and extensive experience in sales and marketing. Craig also operated a Savannah cast stone manufacturing plant for several years prior to his real estate career.
Craig’s interest are volunteering, cooking, nature walks, historic homes, family, pets, and networking.
Craig is also the 2011/2012 President of the Savannah Small Business Chamber.
